Stylist Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of the Shops at Hudson Oaks

I was on deck (next to be seated) when a man, who just got done getting his haircut, was not wearing a mask. I asked the stylist who cut his hair if masks were required here in this Sports Clips. She said yes they are mandatory but we don’t enforce because it is about to be lifted. She then bumped me and took back a child named Aiden which was fine as I was not going to allow her to cut my hair anyway but this was really disappointing as I felt really safe at Sports Clips until now. I will not return to a Sports Clips in the future.

Today was the third haircut I received in 2 weeks. First two were somewhere else. I got the young long, dark haired girl with a pony tail and tattoos, first booth on the right. I said the back of my hair looked chopped and asked if she could fix it. I mentioned a wedge cut. She didn't say anything. Cut my hair. I looked at it when she was done and it didn't look like it was a wedge cut. She said I didn't say anything about a wedge cut, which I did. Either way she said she'd have to charge me for two hair cuts. She didn't cut anywhere except for the back of my hair. Since when do you have to pay for two hair cuts to get the cut you want. I was so mad. I got up and said I was done. Whatever happened to making the customer happy? This has never happened to me and I am 57 years old. I will never go back there again.
